Healing. After 6 weeks I am down to one crutch and can walk without crutch as the body tolerates it. My workouts at the rec center involve 30 minutes on the seated stepper and 30 minutes on the recumbent stationary bike followed by lifting on the pulley machines. I did cheat last Saturday by doing 10 minutes on he upright stationary bike. The PT's encouraged me to NOT do that until the rehab process is complete. Hopefully by the middle of next month I will be back on the bike as that is when we will be in Florida. Let's hope.
