One week and one day before the East Coast ride begins. My bike is already at the hotel waiting for me to put it back together. Hopefully, I don't have any extra parts when I'm finished. My trainins continues at the local rec center and I'm backing off so as not to overdue it. Looking forward to seeing everyone and begin another biking adventure.
