Received many birthday wishes yesterday. It was great to hear from so many friends and students. As stated earlier, I have shipped my bike to Portland Maine and the ride begins in less than two weeks. Fortunately, I can keep up training rides at the local rec center so, hopefully, I won't lose the gains I made over the summer months. For former followers, welcome back.
